Neural DSP reached out to us quite a while back, asking if we could work out some kind of advanced MIDI interface, like we have with Fractal and Kemper. Fractal and Kemper came up with third party interfaces on their own, which we then created support for in the Mastermind series. The Quad Cortex didn't have that level of MIDI functionality, so we created a proposal of how we thought it should work, and sent it to them. The work is underway on their side, but we don't know when it will be completed. Until it is, we can't add any advanced support.
You can use standard MIDI messages to control the Quad Cortex, but it's limited in functionality. Recalling presets and scenes is fairly easy. Control of individual effects takes a little more care and setup. Until the advanced interface is ready, we won't be able to do anything that involves receiving information back from the Quad Cortex (tuner display, effect status, etc.).
